PRIVACY POLICY

HOODBTC / PRIVACY

Privacy without hiding the boundaries.

This policy explains what the public hoodbtc.com website may receive, what public blockchains expose and how linked external services can have separate privacy practices.

Effective: September 10, 2026Version 1.0

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the public website at hoodbtc.com. HOODBTC Trade, HOODBTC Token Factory, wallets, blockchain networks and other third-party infrastructure may process information under their own privacy notices and technical rules.

2. Information the public website may receive

Like most websites, hoodbtc.com may receive limited technical information through hosting, network and security infrastructure. This can include IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring information and basic request or error logs.

The public main website does not provide an account-registration flow and does not require users to submit a wallet recovery phrase or private key.

3. Information you choose to send

If you contact HOODBTC through an official social or community channel, the information you send may be processed by that communication platform and visible according to its settings. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information through community messages or support requests.

4. Public blockchain data

Public blockchain activity is not private in the same way as a private account database. When you use an onchain product, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token transfers, contract interactions and other transaction details may be publicly observable and permanently recorded by the relevant network.

HOODBTC cannot erase or make private data that is independently recorded on a public blockchain.

5. Linked products and third parties

HOODBTC links to product interfaces and services that may depend on wallets, blockchain networks, market infrastructure, hosting providers, RPC services or other third parties. Those services can receive technical or transaction-related information necessary to operate.

Review the privacy and security information of the specific wallet, network, protocol or provider you use. A link from hoodbtc.com does not make a third party part of this Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies and local technologies

The public hoodbtc.com website may use technical browser or hosting mechanisms that are necessary to deliver pages, preserve security or provide expected site behavior. If broader analytics, advertising or optional tracking technologies are introduced, this policy should be updated to reflect their use.

7. How information may be used

Information available to the main website or its infrastructure may be used to deliver and secure the site, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, understand technical performance, respond to communications and comply with applicable legal obligations.

8. Sharing and service providers

Technical information may be processed by infrastructure providers that help host, secure or deliver the website. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, a valid legal process or where reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, systems or the integrity of the service.

HOODBTC does not ask users to provide seed phrases or private keys for the purpose of website analytics, customer support or identity verification.

9. Retention

Technical logs and communications may be retained for periods determined by operational, security, legal and service-provider requirements. Public blockchain records can remain available indefinitely because they are maintained by decentralized networks rather than the main HOODBTC website.

10. Security

HOODBTC uses browser and transport security controls on the public website and publishes wallet-safety guidance. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users should independently protect their devices, wallets, credentials and recovery material.

See the HOODBTC Security Center → for verified domains and responsible-disclosure information.

11. Children

The HOODBTC ecosystem is not directed to children. Do not use onchain financial or token-creation products unless you have the legal capacity to do so under the rules that apply to you.

12. Your choices and questions

You can choose not to send optional information through community channels and can stop using the public website at any time. Privacy rights can vary by jurisdiction. For privacy questions or general policy inquiries, email contact@hoodbtc.com.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website, products, infrastructure or legal requirements change. The effective date and version above identify the current published version.
